These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Glow Dietetics website and all services provided by Glow Dietetics, including in-person consultations, telehealth services and online bookings.

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Appointments can be booked online via our booking system (Cliniko) or by contacting us directly.

By making an online booking, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are responsible for selecting the correct appointment type

  • Appointments are subject to availability

Booking confirmations and reminders may be sent via email and/or SMS.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are displayed on our website or advised at the time of booking

  • Payment is required at or prior to your appointment unless otherwise arranged

  • Medicare, DVA or private health rebates may apply depending on eligibility

  • You are responsible for any fees not covered by rebates

Glow Dietetics reserves the right to change fees with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

To allow fair access to appointments:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee

  • Fees may be charged to the payment method on file

Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7. Telehealth Appointments

For telehealth consultations:

  • You are responsible for ensuring access to a suitable device, internet connection and private space

  • Telehealth may not be appropriate for all clients or situations

  • Service disruptions (such as internet or platform outages) may occur

  • Where disruptions occur, Glow Dietetics will take reasonable steps to rectify the issue or reschedule the appointment as soon as possible

Glow Dietetics is not responsible for disruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Client Responsibilities

By using Glow Dietetics services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date health information

  • Inform us of any relevant changes to your health, medications or circumstances

  • Ask questions if advice or recommendations are unclear

  • Follow referrals or recommendations to other health professionals when advised

 

9. Use of Third-Party Systems

Glow Dietetics uses secure third-party systems to support service delivery and practice operations, including:

  • Cliniko (practice management, bookings and clinical records)

  • Heidi AI (AI-assisted clinical documentation support)

  • Secure communication, email and website hosting services

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • These systems operate under their own terms and privacy policies

  • Glow Dietetics takes reasonable steps to ensure appropriate privacy and security standards

  • AI tools such as Heidi AI are used as support tools only and do not replace professional clinical judgement

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this website and through Glow Dietetics services (including text, branding, handouts and resources) is owned by or licensed to Glow Dietetics.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute content without written permission

  • Use content for commercial purposes without consent

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Glow Dietetics is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from reliance on general information provided on the website or other non-consultation materials

  • Outcomes from dietetic services may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed

  • Glow Dietetics is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
